What do you like best?
I like the tab that allows you to easily scroll through all the buckets to find the one that you need. But, that's maybe the only thing I like about it because it is mostly frustrating.
What do you dislike?
Grading introduction videos is a joke. There's no enough room to see what you've typed for each bar. It's not smart enough to update the score card each time, so we have to go in manually each time there's a new submittal.
Re-submittals require us to manually type in the corrections because it can't transfer the information from the scorecard to the automated email that we send for corrections.
After we are required to click on yes or no after a session, no -"did not attend" generates a pop up that says "would you like to send a link to reschedule?" You click "yes". It sends nothing.
Sometimes it sends a notifications to our clients that they are moving forward. Oftentimes it doesn't and my supervisor has to go in on the backend to manually send the email notification again.
Clients can't figure out how to upload their video. Super complicated and not user friendly at all.
It doesn't automatically pull up the videos that need to be graded. You have to go through each video to see which one needs to be graded.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Switching from Lessonly to Fountain has been nothing short of a nightmare. I don't see the benefit at all.

The ability to move people through stages manually
What do you dislike?
The lack of organization for businesses that use a substantial amount of positional makes it incredibly difficult to keep track of the progress when hiring in high volume.
There is no way to create efficient filters and reports that show where people are and the platform is difficult to keep clean at high volume

What do you like best?
The video interview piece. My HRIS doesn't have that feature but LinkedIn Recruiter just introduced it. But as I think about it, then corporate, technical types who at my company, I don't believe they would be inclined. The video interviews are used heavily for hourly roles in fulfillment centers in another wing of our company.
What do you dislike?
The system is not user friendly. The workflow feels inefficient. I'm not able to perform the action I want to in the spot I would expect to find it. That's not very clear but I often have to spend time looking for something and the command I want is not where I instinctively would put it. And if it is eventually instinctive, like a 3rd or 4th guess, it's not convenient. I think I have an issue with resumes. I don't use the system because we have a separate ATS for our corporate team, but when I do, I feel that I might not be able to view the resumes unless I download them. You might look into that. Is it mandatory to download a resume? And if the answer is no, as long as it is a PDF, I'd offer that many of the folks that work in the gig economy and fulfillment center environment might not necessarily be familiar with that.They might only know how to deliver it in the default system of their computer, such as a word doc.

WAY WAY too many questions. As poor a user experience as the ATS

No benefits. I only use it because we have separate sites for corp and ops. And if I do a corporate role, such as dir of ops, I need to post it on the website that is tied to the ops jobs page, which is tied to fountain, and I don't actually know a way around that. I saw a checkbox for "use Fontain's application form" and I thought I could leave that turned off and there would be a box where I could enter the link for them to apply. The link would lead them to the corporate jobs page job application in a smooth fashion. This is how LinkedIn Recruiter works. I post a link to the job application, they skip the other sections of the site and go straight to the application. I haven't figured out how to do that with fountain, and my coworkers who use it often opened a support ticket that told us it wasn't possible.
What do you like best?
Honestly, I like the color-coding. It is easy for me to see a lot of info at a quick glance.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of little bugs, but they are fixed quickly. It can be a little slow at times, but overall I'm very happy!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use Fountain to communicate with thousands of applicants at once. It is incredibly time-efficient.
What do you like best?
The simplicity to understand the program is amazing. Literally took me only a week to understand and use it beyond proficient.
What do you dislike?
It's not much about disliking the program itself, more about fitting the needs of it to what we do that didn't work.

Make sure that this is something that would be flexible to your business.
