What do you like best?
First of all, I want to focus on simplicity of this tool - it’s very easy-to-use and integrate, navigation is clear and obvious, you won’t double think about it. Next con is, of course, their great support - here I'm speaking both - real customer support and their advises and tips shared in their blog - they have terrific content that is essential for all users. What's more I love the fact that they're always designing and introducing new features, like, recently they added discount code generation button via pushes. All in all, they got moderate and clear pricing.
What do you dislike?
As the main and only con for me was customization - I would love to receive more control over text fonts and colors. Otherwise, in general features I have no complaints.

Making my re-marketing automation via sending pushes. For a moment I got +19% to my CTR and app +25% increase to my overall traffic.

I have been using Firepush for a little bit over 2 months and I'm happy with the results. They combine multiple marketing channels (sms, emails and web push notifications). The variety of notifications is rather wide, and you can customize them easily. The interface is user-friendly, and their support is quick to answer if I have any questions. I also like the pricing policy, I just used a free plan until I needed to send my first SMS campaign. I can check the statistics at any time and analyze it to improve my future campaigns. Can't complain, it's a very nice app.
We are relatively new to Shopify, so by now we're trying to keep everything simple. Firepush has become a really good solution for our store, since it combines web pushes, sms and emails in one app. Perfect for busy people who don't have time to learn how to use three different apps!
Setting up a campaign is really easy even when you do it for the first time. There's plenty of useful features and they are constantly introducing new ones. Apart from that, their support team has been really helpful providing not only the necessary explanations but also some extra marketing tips.
