What do you like best?
I initially liked their price point before knowing what I'm getting into. It's true that "you get what you pay for".
What do you dislike?
Leads are essentially "guessed". Even the verified emails bounce. Half of the time, the emails don't deliver, resulting in high spam rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful with lead quality.

We initially wanted to launch a cold outreach campaign with leads from here.
What do you like best?
The product itself works as advertised and the core functionality has been well built,
What do you dislike?
Everything outside of the core functionality (that the founder probably oversaw building himself) is cumbersome, contradictory and support is terrible, beyond hostile – something out of a dystopia. I was planning to buy another plan for this service and recommend it to a big company that I consult. But, yeah, that's a nope from me.

Unlike other people, I don't use the contacts to sell something - rather, as a marketer, I want to find people whom to listen to and whose stories I write up to blog posts.
What do you like best?
There is nothing positive to say about this software!
What do you dislike?
Their support is terrible. It took us over two weeks to get someone to answer basic questions such as: How are credits charged.
Which brings me to the second big issue. They charge you for every email they "identify". Whether it is 99% likely the email is correct or it is a not verified one. Basically, they charge you for a finger in the air guessed email.
The third issue was, even the 99% likely correct email addresses, showed a high bounce rate. After we started using an email verification tool, and run the "99%" emails through that system, we saw up to 40% of incorrect emails.
To put this in numbers: On average out of 100 people we were trying to get an email for, their system would provide us with about 45 "99% delivery rate" emails, about 15 "Strong Emails" and 40 "not recommended/not verified" emails. Of the 45 "99% delivery rate emails,", 40% were bad emails. That meant we got only 27 emails that were good too use, out of 100 we had to pay for.
So, if you have 5,000 credits per month, you get 1,350 good emails but have to pay for all 5,000 emails.
p.s. they recommend that you only use the "99% delivery rate" emails. Not sure why they then rate the second tier emails "Strong delivery Emails".

We were trying this tool to add to the toolset we already have to identify email addresses. For example, we use(d) systems like Hunter.io, Snov.io, or Rocket Reach. We tried Find That Lead because it was an Appsumo offer and the price, in general, was intriguing.
What do you like best?
Nothing, showing up emails that not valid most of the time.
What do you dislike?
1) customer support is terrible, they don't care, give silly replies.
2) I'm requesting them to change my company email, as I'm dropping the domain ( which my email is linked to ) I'm telling them to change the email, they are coming with some vague excuses.
3) if you guys make a rule of not changing the email you should also make a rule of not changing the PASSWORD aslo.

Better go with hunter.io which is excellent. find that lead is creating more problems than solving problems. I waiting for more than a day to get a proper reply.

Combines multiple tools into one - email scraper, email verifier, drip email campaign sender, etc.
What do you dislike?
The information is often outdated so there are many faulty emails, and they scrape from LinkedIn but no other websites. The email drip campaign starts the day dripping emails but then shoves a bunch through by mid afternoon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have websites from which you want FTL to scrape emails from, it is a quality platform. If you want to use it for prospecting, beware that you will get several “old “ leads because FTL uses LinkedIn data to get emails. Unfortunately it doesn’t limit the data it scrapes to “currently works here.”

I use findthatlead to get emails to send cold email campaigns to. It does save time in that I can prospect, verify, and send emails all from one platform, which I appreciate.
