What do you like best?
FileHold Document Management Software is a convenient software, especially for larger comapies. You can easily convert paper documents into digital files with the Document Scanning software (which is also good for the environment as less paper is used and you don't lose it. Also, it is secure and having one digital 'warehouse' of the documents is easier as you can track and documents easily and anyone with an approved e-mail address can access them. It is also possible to make automated workflows that save time! What is also great, is that it can be integrated in multiple other applications (Adobe for example.
What do you dislike?
It takes some time to get used to it and to get to know the possebilities that come with this software. The FileHold Document Management Software does supply video's that explain how it works but somethings are missing or sometimes it feels like they skip a step, which can make it harder to use if you are not very good with software and computers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great for more bussiness related compaies or biotech companies where documents have to go through multiple hands
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
You can get rid of all the paperwork that has accumulated and it makes it way more easy to find documents and have processing workflows that are automated. Also it makes it easier to have multiple people view the same document if it needs to be approved by different people for example.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that FileHold is so efficient when it comes to managing documents as and when we need it. The file size is unlimited and search function is strong. It's an easy setup with affordable prices and responsive support team. It's able to easily scan documents and convert to PDF so we can share it more conveniently.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like working with FileHold because we're able to manage documents, so no issues so far. It could be more affordable compared with other products.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to manage documents better and scan print documents as PDFs, then store them in the cloud in one location which also features the search function, whenever we need to search for a specific document.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Its great for both small and big companies that service a lot of clients because the workflow is efficient, especially with endorsement forms. I like that it also has a great web index, and integrates with MS Office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if we can also figure out how to convert or import files collected from other storage apps, in different file types.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to make full use of FileHold via our HR team, from ways of working to the approval process. We're also testing out which departments can also benefit from FileHold.

Few best feature I like the most about the FileGold are :
--It saves lots of time which usually we spent on searching unorganised docs earlier and we go green as every document is now stored in a single place using File hold.
- It is very easy to use no need to provide KT for a new user.
-MS Office Integration, version control, a powerful search engine, and cloud availability.
-one can Keep track of approval process once a document is submitted for approval.
-It offers a very powerful workflow for example the search options are extremely useful and save so much time finding documents.
What do you dislike?
Few things are still here which could make this application more efficient
- Look and feel
- Transfer of data one storage to filehold
- Few glitches.
Rest everything looks good to me and my team and we save lots of time during information searching.

would really like to recommend this application. one can first take a trial version by submitting a few queries about the use. their contact person will contact you and things can go further.
