What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to schedule a webinar.

In the time that we have been using the software we have had no complaints or anything bad to complain about this software. Delivers exactly the performance we expected in school
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Setting up video meetings for quick group is a breeze with this app. Sharing screens and even recording the entire session is absolutely possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This software has done the job very well we use the free version of the software at school. The software is extremely easy to configure and use. The free version works well for our purposes at school. Sometimes we have to share my screen in order to train the school students and we cannot meet in person due to the problems we are currently experiencing with the pandemic. This software does the job.
What do you like best?
I like that they offer a free demo to get you familiarized with the program and that it is easy to follow and use. It makes it easy to connect to my fellow co workers and have our trainings with each other.

I just started using it and haven’t ran into any issues yet so far its been great
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I’m able to do trainings with other staff members that live in other city’s and I’m able to get them done on time and it just been a really good program for me and my job.
What do you like best?
It is a great alternative to Skype. It records calls efficiently. EzTalks webinar shares a screen or whiteboards and sends instant messages etc. Users are not required to install anything to be a participant. Directly from the browser, we can attend video conferencing. This is easy to set up and use. Its free version also works well. This is also convenient for students. Also, for a team meeting, it is effective every team member attends it. It provides the best quality interaction and manage to finish projects on time with best quality.
What do you dislike?
For individual it is not effective to make calls. For calling we have to send emails or requests. The free version also does not include some features. It has very limited functions unless we purchase the business version. Its time limit of 40 minutes seems to be very short for free plans. During Ez Talks there may be a connection problem with the computer which may slow down the entire system.

A powerful tool to work efficiently can manage conferences with clients or team members as it has good quality and is more efficient than Skype. It enables to create any type of webinar we need. It easily arranges huge conferencing setup for business interests all over the world.
What do you like best?
Best quality of video out there. ezTalks Webinar has long been used for employee learning and development in our school. Software totally easy to use and easy installation. We can embed the interaction by using its brilliantly built-in features like screen sharing (we use very very often), a white board, chatting with text, image, emoji and so on... All to transform our training into an interesting and effective experience!
What do you dislike?
Nothing bad to complain about this software. It delivers exactly the performance beyond our expectation. It deserves our investment.

With its satisfactory development, we have upgraded our plan in order to get more functions like automated/on-demand webinar hosting, more online playback chances...We can conduct different kinds of training for our employees (teachers). No matter where they are or whether they are busy at a certain time, they can still receive the important details delivered by the online training.
What do you like best?
ezTalks is an online system for video conferencing over cloud. It a useful, online platform available for large enterprises and SMBs to interact and communicate with ease and quality. The quality of communication is maintained through ultra- high definition of audio and video along with instant messaging facility.
What do you dislike?
The incoming messages could not notified by a tune. The software lacks options for reminders and date calendars which could be great in keeping records of the upcoming conferences. Document sharing option directly via the same app is not available which makes sharing difficult and a mess in the middle of some conference.

ezTalks Webinar has many benefits over the other similar applications. One being it allows free participation of people up to 100 during a single conference. The quality of communication is very high thus allowing fluency during group audio, video or chats. Screen sharing and white board gives tools for better information transfer. It provides the user with customize branding and cloud recording of webinar.
