What do you like best?
Ezidox is a very interesting platform that allows you to collect, verify and store customer documents while facilitating file sharing between users. It also simplifies the process of understanding exactly what documents are required, when and in what format, along with the tools to help capture, deliver, process and archive them safely and efficiently, ready to use in your internal systems. Simply put, it has many features that adapt to document collection needs. Unlike other storage programs, this program allows easy indexing.
What do you dislike?
The price can be considered a bit above other similar programs, however it is still a good option to consider. Although it can be applied to various business aspects it is noted that it is more dedicated for lenders and mortgages
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In my work department together with my colleagues we have tested Ezidox and although it can be adapted to the needs of the company, for our day-to-day work this type of software would be an unnecessary expense for the storage, verification and review of documents
