They'll do everything to commit to services from them except inform you of the TCPA law and how to incorporate their services within TCPA regulations.

We'd love to sit with you and provide a tutorial regarding our MMS broadcasts, Drip Campaigns, Trackable Links, Poll and Vote, EZ Chat, and other features we offer. While we always strive to provide our clients with and understanding that TCPA regulations must be adhered to, our team members aren't attorneys and cannot provide legal counsel to each of our thousands of customers. We do always recommend that each user contact a hired professional to ensure that their use case and consent is within TCPA guidelines.
What do you like best?
I like the keyword feature...but I continue to get a text from people that are not affiliated with my keyword. I also like that you can bulk text my clients all at the same time. Unfortunately, there is not much more I like about the software.
What do you dislike?
The cost structure and customer service. The cost structure is expensive for a small business. I have a lot of credits accumulating and if I turn off the subscriptions I will lose my keyword. That does not work because it is still attached to another person. So I get their text often. I really feel trapped. I need the service but the cost is not conducive to my small business. I have had to call customer service and connect through chat and in both cases, they were not that helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There should be better support for new users. The support team did not help. I am a small business and EX Text states it is for small business as well. Well, it is not in my opinion. I used the chat and the agents were not knowledgeable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to reach my entire client base via text. I would like to get some support on how I can use the service in other ways. But, I have very little faith in the customer service agents.

What do you like best?
simple interface, easy to get setup when you first start out. The user experience is relatively easy to navigate
What do you dislike?
The people at EZ Texting are extremely difficult to work with and are a bit deceitful in how they sell different services. Every feature on the site needs to be paid for to utilize. Overall pretty dissapointed

Go with another service. EZ texting may be great in the short term but will hurt over long run.

Getting in contact with customers via SMS
They have never helped me set up my adds and account after I paid them up front
Have been a dedicated user to this site for three years. I have 3 businesses set up with separate accounts. I tried to use other functions on the website than just simply texting. I was given little to zero guidance on how to set up a poll and run it correctly when asking the customer support. Then when I called in after spending money and not having my poll run correctly for help was given a "well sucks to be you attitude" The texting feature works. But I will be looking for another company to work with as I feel I can get the simple texting features else where with a higher degree of customer support. I did not require my money back. Just simply some guidance to use the features that their sales people call me about monthly.
