I have had times when Exterro is slow to work and that is annoying.

Finding documents (or not finding documents) to support a legal theory.
What do you like best?
Application has a number of good features, including easy to navigate user interface, project management module that allows us to merge tasks for both IT and legal teams, as well as Employee change monitor that allows us to monitor changes to employee record, who is on legal hold.
What do you dislike?
Application is slow at times, especially when searching through employee records. We looked into getting EDDM module, but unfortunately it was missing a few critical features for us and it's impossible to unbundle Review module from other pieces, such as collection, which we didn't need. Lastly, we wish we could have access to some back-end features, such as RBAC in version 5.x, which we had in version 4.x. End-user support is getting better, but still needs improvement.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to automate sending and releasing legal hold notifications, as well as streamline our IT notification/request process.
What do you like best?
Since much of the platform is integrated with other features/components, that's rather nice
What do you dislike?
There's still too much disconnected and division between the traditional "Exterro" platform and the "Jordan Lawrence" pieces. Even the training team and employees still refer to themselves on one half or the other...needs to be visually and in every way integrated with a single story rather than convoluted pieces.

As a partner, we're trying to solve problems for our clients by expressing that there are fewer throats to choke when things go wrong. Trying to project that they can get more for their dollar with a single vendor solution.
What do you like best?
I like the User Interface and functionality. The ability to maintain all legal hold related communication in one location.
What do you dislike?
I hoped for better reporting capabilities.

We are solving risk issues related to preservation of data. The benefits of the tool, is that we can easily look up a custodian and what legal holds they are on.
