What do you like best?
The best part is probably the versatility of the review shell. I have more control at my fingertips than with relativity etc.

Batch assignment process makes it a little hard to compare docs from different batches

I think our pace as a team is much more consistent, and the communication platform has helped us work remotely more easily

I love the search feature, data visualizer, and training articles/ videos/ live sessions.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the way they do uploads, specifically preproduction documents.

The data visualizer has been helpful in reducing the time to locate documents and narrow down searches.

The ability to collaborate and synch documents via Story Builder Outlines
What do you dislike?
It's handling of deposition transcripts is clunky. It is too bad that they have to be uploaded in .pdf format and that excerpts of depositions can't be coded for specific issues, such that you are directed to the specific page that the issue relates to automatically and have the ability to download/import that section of the transcript.

Uploading document productions is very efficient.
What do you like best?
I like the layout and the ease of use. Like the way search function works though doesn't always seem accurate.
What do you dislike?
Family function of documents is confusing and not easy to understand.

This is a solid platform that is improving and is concerned about their customer base. They are very reliable and almost never down for maintenance.
