The best part about it is that it allows us to conduct surveys online from the comfort of our homes.It also provides the analysis of the results.

The grey areas is that its tough to make forms before floating them since there is no tutorial video for the same.

For the non-techy person, it does seem a little confusing at first because there is a lot you can do and the tabs don't always appear clear.
