What are the best aspects of this product?
Epos Now is a software that is simple to use. We never had trouble teaching our retail employees how to use it. At the same time, Epos is also sophisticated enough to keep our clients' data secure and organized. We also integrated it into our CRM for easy tracking of purchases.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We would appreciate it if the customization of current features is added.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Epos Now was seamlessly integrated into our CRM, making it easier to attribute the purchase data.

Epos Now allowed me to do these two things effectively: processing of payments and keeping track of my inventory.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have only benefited from using this tool, so I don't really dislike anything.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Epos Now made retailing of goods and creating stock reports relatively simple.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I am very pleased with Epos Now's support team. I never have to wait for more than a day whenever we have any questions. Epos' system is also exquisite when it comes to tracking our clients. I can personally send them messages regarding their credit accounts. It is also very easy to learn how to use Epos Now.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Product updates can be hard, but then again, it's easily resolved by their customer service.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It gave us spare time to accomplish other tasks as we don't have to spend most of our time taking records.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I never had trouble teaching my staff how to use it. Within seconds, they're already set to use the system. It is easy to use!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It will be great if we could set-up the mouse as the primary navigation tool. As the system is mainly for touch screen use, it can be hard to use the mouse.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Other than its ease of use, this software is by far the cheapest one I've used.
