What do you like best?
I want the tool to adequately detect information leaks without having to do so much configuration to debug false positives, as well as report in detail to the console so that we can make appropriate decisions.
What do you dislike?
The implementation went well, but the partner left a lot to be desired. The way in which the product collects the information and then reports it and with that informed decisions can be made is very limited, it requires a lot of parameterization and time to understand it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Basically reporting and alerting. The benefit is to obtain as much detail as possible to exploit the usability of the tool once the agent is deployed and reports to the console.
What do you like best?
Shadow copy is the best part because I have proof

mobile device management is nor good enough

EPP doesn't have ICAP protocol support which I feel like a disadvantage while integrating with third-party applications

Incident Management not full fledged, Integration with network devices could add some value

if you do not want to invest much on DLP solution, this is right product. also in terms of managing enterprise class DLP requires a dedicated team to manage it
