What do you like best?
The interface is clean and it's very easy to get going, and the responsiveness aspect allows for great portability in the work!
What do you dislike?
The interface is still behind other competitors like Typeform, and it's not so inspiring.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've used enalyzer as an alternative to Typeform but found it too complicated for my use. It might be good for people trying to get complex data, but for us it was too much.
What do you like best?
I like that they have a free version as well as a paid version. You also have the ability to truly customize your survey. It is also accessible on the various different platforms, I.e. Mac, PC, etc.
What do you dislike?
The program is actually really good and the design is top notch. I’ve used other survey programs before and was completely disappointed. This one does not disappoint at all. If there was one trait that may cause someone to not choose this program is that the free version may not be suitable enough for a company that depends on surveys. The cost, may be a deterrent (around $32 a month).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend starting with the free version. The free version is actually perfect for a lot of companies and offers many benefits that it may not be necessary to upgrade your version. This program is effortless to use, so I recommend playing around and getting the feel of it. Definitely designed for hands on training.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We utilize research rather frequently and have found that using online surveys are more cost efficient and we learn more as opposed to other options we used in the past. This program makes it effortless to construct meaningful and useful surveys to gain important employee and company insight. Even the less computer literate and non-technology members in the department can easily use this program. It has also saved us time and money. The last program was too technical and expensive.
What do you like best?
I found its interface quite simple and friendly, which quickly turned my experience with the system into something very bearable and hassle-free. In addition, something that immediately caught us was that its free version provided many really useful features, which led me to make the decision to implement it in the company (and it has been so helpful that I am considering purchasing the paid version) And the fact that it is cross-platform also greatly influenced my decision. Another point that seems remarkable to me is the fact that it has a fairly complete reporting system, which provides us with valuable metrics that facilitate decision-making within the organization.
What do you dislike?
The support team does not work at all well, I wrote some questions to the email address they provided and to date I have not received a response from them, thank goodness I do not have a major problem that warrants the solution from them, because otherwise it would be stuck without being able to use the program.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Enalyzer provided an excellent solution to the communication problems existing in my company, since it allowed the human resources department to carry out surveys that allowed to know the opinion of my employees regarding their performance within the organization and how they felt within of the same, the results were really surprising ... We discovered that thanks to this tool people were able to express themselves in a quite clear and precise way, and it also allowed us to know the strengths and disadvantages of my company, so I quickly took care of solving the failures that my employees pointed out in their surveys and I managed to improve the work environment considerably within the institution.
What do you like best?
I enjoy how customize-able this software is.
What do you dislike?
It could do better with integrations, I wish we could import and export data easier.

This software makes it easy to create business surveys and perform analytics on our results. We have found people are more likely to finish surveys with this software and it facilitates our data analysis better.
