What do you like best?
NOTHING. I don't know because they didn't sell me the product I wanted. I was very excited to use the product. It seemed to have many features I'm interested in. I need on online option for work and I thought that's what I was getting when I purchased the product. This was NOT the case.
What do you dislike?
It is common practice that when downloadable software has an online component it is included in the price of the software or it is clearly stated it is not. I purchased the edraw software. At of this time, the website says the software can be used online, but it does not say it is an additional cost. When I discovered it was not, I requested a refund. They refused. I haven't used the software at all. This should be a very cut and dry situation. There was a misunderstanding between customer and business. Customer hasn't used the product and doesn't want to use the product so the customer should get a refund. Because of their refusal to help me, I will never purchase from this company again and I am writing a review encouraging other to avoid them as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you only want to use it from one computer and not online, this is the software for you. It does not include the online version of the software even though the product description makes you think it does. It is incredibly misleading. If you don't want to include the online version, that's fine, but don't make people think you do. That's just dishonest. Be open and clear about what the customer is actually getting. Customers deserve clarity. I highly caution potential buyers about doing business with this company.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I wanted to use the software for mind-mapping and process mapping. Unfortunately, I use a few different computers and edraw only has one seat and no online component. Their business model is ancient and they refuse to offer a refund even though I haven't used the product.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I don\'t know. I can\'t use the product. They\'re misleading website made me think I was getting the online version, but really it was just the desktop version.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would strongly discourage colleagues from using this product due to the deceptive sales practices and refusal to make things right by offering a refund. I didn\'t have the product for more than 24 hours before contacting the company. They firmly refused to offer any kind of solution. It was very disappointing.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would strongly encourage people looking for software in this area to consider Edraw\'s competition. SketchUp\'s and MS\'s websites clearly stated what I would and would not be getting when purchasing their product. This was in stark contract to Edraw which gave the impression Edraw was both a desktop and online solution packaged together.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When I discovered I didn\'t get what I thought I had bought, I immediately contacted support. This is less than 24 hours after the purchase. I explained that the website gave the impression the online version of the software was included in the purchase price. She said it wasn\'t, which of course I already knew at that point. She refused to give me a refund so now I have software I can\'t access online.

The amount of ease it took to navigate the software made it easy to learn on the fly. The UI lended itself being a mutual game changer.

What do you like best?
drawing out everything from floor plans to computer graphics, this software can be used for a variety of applications. the software comes with a vast array of pre-drawn diagrams, so using this software to design shapes and lines is very intuitive.
What do you dislike?
you need to have a good understanding of how Microsoft office operates before setting up this software, or else you will be in for a headache. i would suggest taking time to learn the ins and outs of the program before jumping in to using it for business related problems. customer service could be better, a live chat feature would be a useful tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time with learning the software for personal use or just playing around with it before implementing business solutions with it. It is pretty simple to navigate but if you are not used to microsoft office there will be a bigger learning curve.

i have used edraw max pro for prototyping different designs. i have realized that this is a relatively simple software for my use and it can be used in favor of other programs which are more complex.
