What are the best aspects of this product?

There is no need to worry about the system you're using, Easy Insight has built in connectors for any system that will help you get started (Google Analytics, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.). Besides, there is a professional support team that will assist you any time, and will answer any question you might have. Packed under a neat surface, Easy Insight is much more powerful than it seems. The more you use it, the more it can do for you, and the value is amazing for the money you're paying.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every refreshment or update they're introducing slows the system down, and I feel frustrated by it. The good thing is that support is there to solve my issues, so I don't really find this to be a serious problem. As I already mentioned, the product is powerful and there is a multitude of things to learn, but with all materials available that shouldn't be of any concern.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are already working with a variety of platforms, each of them with its own reporting tool, and what we wanted was to unite reports in a single platform that can gather and share data between all platforms. The tool had to be simple, but powerful, one we wouldn't have to invest too much at, and that could be set up with nothnig but consultant input. Easy Insight met our expectations, or it even surpassed them.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Working with piles of different data per day it's never easy, and one easily gets confused. I have to upload, configure, and display information accurately, and that's where EI has been most handy to me. The dashboard is complex, but intuitively navigated, meaning that you can simplify it using very basic controls. For instance, I organize the dashboards in such a way that users have everything, but see firstly what is really relevant to them. What I like the most is that my work is visible to so many viewers, and that I can combine those viewers in groups. Awesome!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think this is the best program for following user activity, as you cannot even report on it. For what I know, they're trying to sort the issue out now. I also think dashboards are not dynamic, and users are somehow restricted from exploring the report in details.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We heard about Easy Insight's best practices long time ago, and we wanted those to be a part of our workflow. We tried to explore the program completely, and to benefit as much as possible, and we're actually sharing information in simplified and accessible formats. Priority was obviously reporting, but we're obviously expanding usage (mostly for financial purposes).

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy Insight is when drilling down to details stops being a dull and exhausting experience. Said shortly, it makes work pleasant, as its drill down capacity goes beyong a comprehensive BI software and is kind of futuristic, to say so. You can integrate it with every application you're using, it takes only a click to do that. We are very, very satisfied.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While we were still exploring, some areas were not that clear, and we had to ask for support. Still, this is normal, isn't it? The program is easy otherwise, and I don't think you'll have a bigger problems than misunderstandings. In case you do, rely on the fact that support is always there for you, that's in fact a bunch of friendly and knowledgeable people!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using Highrise,one of the most effective, but demanding CRM application. I must admit it was a challenge to discover an inherent reporting tool to integrate with it, so Easy Insight was a blessing for us. We generate incredibly accurate reports, able to showcase both drops and improvement at the glance of an eye.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've used Easy Insight for few years, and I honestly think it is one of the most comprehensive and capable BI products on the market. At the same time, it was simple enough for savvy users to understand it, even such that had no experience with data management at all. I think it is a perfect cut for small buisnesses and startups, since it doesn't cost a fortune, and becomes an indispensable part of the management system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I thought there might be a question like this, so I compared and evaluated my experience. Even after that, I have nothing to say. Easy Insight has been amazing to us, it fit perfectly to every need we had.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our management team used it to extract valuable information from all sources and formats, and they based key decisions on that information. The process was apparently smooth, since information was automatically updated with API links, and reports were emailed to the heads of office on a daily basis. Everyone is very satisfied.
