What do you like best?
Can be easily integrated to any BI Platform/solution. Incorporates ETL, in-memory and scheduling features!

As of version v2.6.2 few issues we highlighted have been addressed.
Previous Review as of v2.5.1:
Although support does answer most questions and are friendly. I would say their slow response at times causes lot of frustration.
Product team never provides hot fixes to bugs on a timely fashion. Support team does not respond and investigate on a timely fashion on critical issues/bugs, even for those bugs which impair production dashboards from working normally.
Some issues we leaned after prolonged use:
#1 Very unreliable for most real world usecases, Use cases have to be EXTREMELY simple to work without any issues.
#2 We are a financial institution, BI use-cases are similar to ANY investment bank/hedge-funds, risk management systems.
#3 Cant handle complex scenarios (until you hit a brake via a bug). Basic stuff works, but if it was for basic stuff we would have picked other tools in market. We have been using this product for little over 2 years (since inception) and bugs are something you have to deal with all the time! A typical software products has bugs, but not like what we see with this tool. Hopefully future versions get stabilized!

Provide/Integrate firm wide performance data for faster and self service BI. Ability to customize dashboards to fit in user/lob specific needs
What do you like best?
Dundas BI is one of the most powerful BI tools I've come across. We wanted highly customizable dashboards and Dundas is capable of that. There are virtually limitless interactions that can be scripted, extensive design options, and powerful data retrieval/warehousing options.
What do you dislike?
Dundas has a very, very steep learning curve, and in the midst of its extensive feature list it can, at times, be unnecessarily difficult to achieve simple results.

We're using Dundas BI to offer highly customized reporting solutions to clients using our learning management system.

Features such as version control, security, web distribution.

The Byzantine interface of the designers.

Self-Service BI
What do you like best?
Dundas BI is a complete area to manage the data from the ETL to the kpi design.
And it is a quicly dashboard maker with easy data visualisation and integration using many different sources. Das why i say that it is a kind of all in one in reporting and dashboarding
What do you dislike?
The product is huge ability. I think that it will be better to have two area, let's say the first one will be reserve to developer who need to do very higth thinks with dundas, and the other one to siple usser just drag and drop.

Dundas BI is a answer for reporting engineer and companies business monitoring. Dundas allow to gain many time to make complexe and beatyfull dashboard with less effort.......

Easy to use. Intuitive. Ability to easily connect to multiple different types of data sources

Crashed a couple of times. Could be on my end.
