What do you like best?
I like that the software continues to back up even when the machine isn't on the network.
What do you dislike?
It's complicated to make sure the set up if correct. The software isn't a dynamic software that updates with changes to the machine, it has to be changed for each machine for each update.

Lost of data to damaged machines

runs on its own in the background -set it and forget it

speed of restores - seems to take a long time, especially after catastrophic failure when lots of data (GBs) required

thankfully I haven't needed Druva, but it does provide peace of mind knowing I'm backed up
What do you like best?
We found Druva inSync is a descent solution for mid size organizations looking a central backup solution. Can become a bit of a headache for larger organizations due to occasional issues with agents. This could be easily overcome if Druva support steps us a bit and backup client is thoroughly tested for bugs and incompatibilities before release.
What do you dislike?
As mentioned earlier there quite some room for improvement such as Backup agent reliability, Support needs some improvement and reporting.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Druva inSync is being used and has been our backup solution of choice to protect all our users data on corporate owned machines for both onsite and remote employees across the organization. Aside for a number of issues backing up OneDrive for Business and local backup client stop backing up randomly for several users for a period of time, eventually these issues got resolved. Biggest benefit is being able to manage backup from one central location.
What do you like best?
Easy to use, easy customer recovery of files.
What do you dislike?
That I'm being forced to move to the hosted solution for more money. We will be transitioning to OneDrive backup to prevent the additional costs.
