extremely poor connections esp the last few weeks calls dropping I am not happy
Very poor quality
Lately when I try to use doxy even though I have done a check I can't understand the person I am talking to. It sounds very staticky. I am not sure why. I tried all of the trouble shooting ideas. I have had to switch to FaceTime. Very disappointing.
This is the most crackpot anxiety-inducing software "solution" I've ever seen. 2 different providers I use use this software. Compression is terrible, lag is bad, resolution is bad, and the WORST... if you switch applications at all.... totally crashes the call. This is 2021. If you claim to be a medical provider software...be BETTER. Flickering red / green reception indicator is useless, goes from green / full to red / 1 bar on a repeating pattern, regardless of being stationary. No way to load the comments / chat box again once a provider has sent a message, because all there is at the bottom is the usual microphone mute - end call - settings buttons. HORRIBLE experience always. Cerebral (great company) uses this software. It's my only complaint. Other than going to Doxy's website, ALL they have is a chat bot, not even an email address to contact them with. So I'm more than happy to leave a review on here. Maybe they'll see this.
Without fail, every time I have tried to connect to the mobile version from my phone, it will disconnect me immediately after finalizing the connection. Only usable from my home PC. Thanks guys, I always like unpaid time off just to have a 15min conversation on my home PC that could have happened OVER THE PHONE VS A VIDEO CALL.
