What do you like best?
The platform has everything you need to get documents signed quickly. Sending signing invitations is very convinient, as well as recieving them, while tracking the whole progress. Also, there are reminders and expiration timers that will help you with introducing automation into the entire signing process. I also like that there are no useless features, only the ones you really need to ease your work.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that the mobile app (Android version) doesn't always work as well as you'd like. The issues that occur are not significant, but they can still prolong the signing process a little bit, which is not convenient. For instance, some files that you haven't saved yet can dissapear and you have to load them once more. Occasionally, the app crashes as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My main recommendation is to try using both mobile and browser versions of this software. As I've mentioned before, the mobile app has some issues, but they are not crucial. As for me, I like the browser version better, but I recommend checking out both and seeing which one you like more.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This platform allows me to work online more and helps me with managing my already fairly busy schedule. The idea of signing things on the go has made my business run much faster. Now I just send invitations to the signees online and I don't even have to notify them since Dottedsign sends notifications automatically via email.
What do you like best?
I really like the fact than I'm constantly updated during the entire signing process - you get notifications both on your phone and as an email, so you're not missing anything. I'm also a big fan of the digital audit-trail, helped me out a couple of times already. All the changes made to the document are recorder - that's just great.
What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything I dislike quite yet. It does occasionally struggle with loading large files, but other than that, it's pretty good far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you paying attention to whether your potential client or colleague uses e-signatures. Since not everyone is onboard with it quite yet, this can cause misunderstandings or even conflicts. It hasn't happened to me yet, but just be aware.

Time-efficiency. This definitely helped me cut back on how much time I spend driving to places to sign something. There's no need to do that now. All my partners use e-signatures and it speeds up everything just tremendously.
What do you like best?
What I like most about the application is that it's possible to find customers and potential right in the app. This means that you do not need to publish your resume or offer your services somewhere else. DottedSign has a special search for these. Also, you can fill out your personal information and your potential business partners can find you as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't like the fact that the application takes too long to create a personal account. In my opinion, there is too much extra information that you're supposed to put in. I also think that some of the recommendations in the application itself are redundant, and you occasionally get the product ads, that also can be a bit annoying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get to learn the product well before working in it, since there are a couple of small things that aren't evident right away, and take some time getting used to. Also check out the browser version. It's nice to use it on a laptop or desktop, works pretty well.

It's definitely a good app for signing documents quickly. I wouldn't say it has all the features in the world, but it has enough to keep you going. It's a sturdy app overall, easy to use and well laid out.

As for me, the advantages of this e-signature platform are pretty clear - it's the interface that enables you to get to work ASAP, and the free trial that gives you an opportunity to use the platform for free if you don't add more than three assignees. It's also very multifunctional, you get tools such as reminders, expiration date, live signing mode from a single device and so on.
What do you dislike?
I didn't like the way the Android app was working before, but after the latest update I've started to notice that there are definite improvements. The app couldn't load large files quickly before, could crash, but after the update, these issues have been resolved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that the browser edition is just as good as the app and both versions have proven useful. So, I think you should try using both and either choose which one of them is better for you or just use them both as I do.

Obviously, now with the ability to use this app, I spend less time on the entire signing process because there is no actual need in meeting with the opportunity to track the signing process it's easier to control the situation and set reminders. Besides, most of the notifications are automatic and I don't actually have to remind anything myself

This application is very easy to use. Since there's both an app and a browser version available, it increases the overall functionality and speeds up the process of whatever you're working on.

In general, I really like DottedSign, however, registering for the app was a lengthy process - I think it should be simplified by quite a bit.

Definitely take advantage of the notification feature - that way you don't miss a single thing you have to sign.

The general idea of signing documents online through an app or a browser is genius - it takes so much worrying of your shoulders. With DottedSign, that's exactly how I feel - I receive the documents I need to sign, sign them, send them out to more people to be signed. In the meantime, I'm able to track all the changes and sent reminders to those who hasn't signed it yet. It's great!
