Nothing so far because I haven't used the product yet

When the website is visited, there is only one purchase option. Right after you buy this "unlimited access offer only for facebook", then the Enterprise option appears... but that is not all. After you buy the Enterprise option, then the real good stuff appears, the "magic trick" to sell your products online. I wonder if after buying that "magic trick" another addition shows up... and another one... and another one... Brad Callen, your products might be good, but the way you sell them REALLY SUCKS! Added to all of the above, the program cannot be installed in the disk or partition of the user's choice... it installs itself wherever it was designed to be installed to. I hope that the "30 day money back no questions asked" policy is not another trick

I do enjoy using the program, for the most part.

The customer service is beyond words. I purchased a product and they said they refunded the money. I have gone back and forth with them for over a month now, shown bank records, had the bank contact them IN WRITING and tell them that I was never refunded the money. They flat out refused to give the money back. ONE person refused to let me even speak, on the phone, with anybody, absolutely no one would give up a phone number and finally had to file a dispute with the bank....the whole way I was treated is why I would not ever recommend this product to anyone...people are the product....and without people purchasing your product...it doesn't matter what product you have...we the people, make the difference and this company could care less about the people who pay their salaries and keep them in a job...especially during this pandemic....and all for $97???????

Their marketing is the only thing that is good about this software. You can BUY BUY BUY easily enough. Other than the fact that it is easy enough to buy additional characters, there is not much that I like about this garbageware.

Everything. The entire UI needs redesigning because nothing is user-friendly. Have the developers look at Premier and copy what the professionals do. The software is some of the most buggiest software I've ever had the displeasure of working with and constantly crashes. The support started out good but then it didn't appear that they were reading what I was writing. If you try to do anything in this software that is outside of a 30 second video, it takes 10 times longer because of the awful layout. This software is absolutely disgusting and I cannot believe that people in their right mind would write on here how good the software is because it is not. It constantly crashes during rendering with 1 second left or 9 seconds left when you try and render at 1080p.

The software is doesn't even deserved to be called software. It deserves to be called garbageware. Can you make money with it? Yes? Can you do anything intelligent with it? Not without a real hassle and having to troubleshoot the problem yourself. Making two Doodly video tutorials on how to create effects within the software, spent 30+ hours making each video only to have it crash on you and you have to troubleshoot it to figure out what this buggy Doodly garbageware doesn't like.

Make the same video in Premier and it takes 4-5 hours and works perfectly during rendering. Stick to using a professional software and don't waste your money. The only reason I am keeping this software is because my clients like the damned hand that draws. I could probably make the same effect in Premier in half the time.

This software is extremely easy to use and requires very little training. The results can be incredible if you take your time and pay attention to the details.

I purchased a "lifetime" software license but got locked out of it after just a few weeks. Every time I try to log in the software tells me that Doodly will be sending me a new password, but after six months I've finally given up hope of ever receiving it.
