What do you like best?
Digital maas understand search marketing, especially for multi-location business such as a franchise. The extent of the work required in such companies makes it very difficult to run online search sites effectively, however Digital Maas have this down-packed. As well as their experience and expertise they have built a marketing platform to tackle such a challenging job.
What do you dislike?
Digital Maas are search specialists. Testing other types of remit such as display advertising did not activate as well as their Search work does.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Prior to onboarding Digital Maas our SEM was not performing. The strategy wasn't working and due to the multi-business model the budget was too fragmented. Digital Maas implemented a platform and a strategy that solved this and increased our conversions by 50%.
For SEO Digital Maas automated multi-location updates for our business across multiple directories allowing for quick and efficient updates. Creating consistency has helped us drive our search rankings.
What do you like best?
Efficient and easy to use. Reporting is great and clients are loving the growth Digital Maas enables us to deliver

Unable to white label, clients can see we outsource the service.

What do you like best?
Dealing with DigitalMaas has been a great experience. Nothing was too hard or “out of scope” they have a simple approach that is easy to understand and gets results.
What do you dislike?
Would love to see them take on more to stream line our suppliers but understand we can’t be all things to all people.

DigitalMaas come on board to fix our SEO, increase our online exposure and conversion. Traffic to our site has greatly increased and so has our conversion on leads.
What do you like best?
Very easy to update GMB listings. Monthly fee is minimal compared to the time it saves me.

Can't manage AdWords in the same platform, but not a real issue.

The platform makes it very easy to manage GMB listings. I also use it to manage some of my clients listings.
What do you like best?
Tough question... I think having the ability to manage an unlimited number of GMB locations for one brand in one place. There is literally nothing like this tool available today with the UX Digital Maas has developed.
What do you dislike?
Nothing. Something I think could be improved would be getting more direct insights about the future of GMB and why it is important for me as a multi-location ORM evangelist.

I am able to manage all my responses to reviews to all of the thousands of locations I manage in one place. I have realized how much time I was wasting logging in and out of so many locations via GMB itself. I have also realized how innovative the team at Digital Maas are.
