What do you like best?
Being able to control the productions. Also good review tools.

Digital War Room will meet most of your needs for small to medium document review and production.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to control when productions are done, i.e., not having to wait for a vendor. Clients have realized cost benefits.
What do you like best?
It is a very easy to use yet sturdy E-discovery processing and review tool for a bargain price. I have been using it exclusively for small to mid sized in house document reviews and it has performed far beyond my expectations.
What do you dislike?
There is not much I would criticize for it's price. It may lack some of the more advanced algorithmic concept review tools that are seen in larger competitors, but it is a solid, affordable workhorse for small and mid sized projects.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am currently using the Pro Version of DWR in house in order to process and review discovery quickly and affordably. Whenever I have had any technical issue, or needed additional support, the DWR team has been quick and knowledgeable in providing the necessary assistance, and have never let me down.
What do you like best?
Digital WarRoom is easy to learn, make data review quick and easy without having to deal with the time and expense I have experienced in the past.
What do you dislike?
I have not found anything to dislike about Digital WarRoom,

I am quickly getting my data into a review platform, reviewing it and getting it processed for production. It has been a definite time saver.
What do you like best?
The software is very user-friendly. With a short training, it is very easy to navigate all of the features and customize all of the platform's tools to fit your needs. The documents are also well organized within the system from the outset and easily searchable. Even more, the support staff has always been extremely helpful and readily accessible to problem solve any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many negatives I have come across, but as with any software, there is always room for improvement. Some of the features of the platform and services offered are also a la carte, which is beneficial from a pricing standpoint, but requires more specific knowledge of the platform's full capabilities at the outset so you can ensure you have everything you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you request everything you need up front, to the extent you know what you will need, so it can all be included in one package.

I have made somewhat complex requests related to a large document review, which DWR was always very accommodating of. Notably, they took the time to brainstorm through these issues with me and figured out ways the software could support these complex requests, which obviously has been an outstanding benefit. The team has also been very flexible in terms of scheduling and preparing for large document productions.
