What do you like best?
A invoicing software that works perfectly with the cloud - access to all our invoices from everywhere and also the mobile app is greatly builded. The dashboard is well designed and easy to adjust.
What do you dislike?
Unfortunately some reports are showing us the total balance without the correct tax calculation.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Resolving our problem to can create invoices from everywhere and can control the invoices produced from everywhere too. Smart and fast processing also with the mobile app. The search tool helps to find invoices fast without searching in every month (single search).
What do you like best?
Easy to create invoices - the cloud based software allows us to create and send invoices from every desktop and mobile device we want. The app for mobile devices works perfectly and it's always up-to-date. The search function is very responsive and allows a quick search of clients and relative invoices.
What do you dislike?
Unfortunately high costs now, as the government has changed the rules for the invoices from companies. So they are not at all conform with the rules, a external software is needed.

Sending invoices to clients - also saving of clients and general description for invoices is possible. Client data can be modified and the reports a basic and clear. Download of the reports its possible and also a access for the accounting is given.
What do you like best?
The online tool offers many possibilities to customize the design of the invoices. We can specify default values for the tax - then this is saved. The search is very well done, we can always access all our invoices. The separate access for our tax consultant is good, so he can easily download the required data.
What do you dislike?
At the end of the year the numbering should automatically go to 0 - but unfortunately it still counts. So in our country you have to start at 0 in the new year, so we have to delete old invoices.

Creating the invoices is very easy. It is also good that all our employees can view, change and send the invoices. Also, our accountant can evaluate the reports and keep us up to date on the turnover.
What do you like best?
How easy it is to keep track of what is already paid and how to transfer a proposal into an invoice.
What do you dislike?
That it doesn't automatically show, in general, how much of all invoices together is the VAT. So, it would be easier to know the money available for spending.

I like its simple and intuitive interface. It's cloud-based so I can access information from anywhere.I like to be able to track the status of the invoices that customers send to carry out a control of the payments received and it's very useful to have a reminder of the invoices that haven't been paid. It allows me to carry out everything organized. I can create a list of clients, send pro forma invoices, create quote, recorder expenses. It has a very good app too It's just what is necessary for a freelancer or a small company.

For now it meets my expectations. I like its simplicity, it's what I was looking for.

I'm a freelancer, so I needed an easy-to-use software with the basic services needed to keep the invoices and expenses organized. This software helped me to do it, I like its simplicity and it's based on the cloud. I especially like the application, since I can use it anywhere. It has been very useful for me.
