What do you like best?
I like that it is integrated with Salesforce, instead of using an Excel sheet we were using previously.
What do you dislike?
We've gone through over 34 versions of updates but it is still broken within our SFDC environment. Amounts are showing up all over the place, multiple levels of approvals slow down deal velocity, does not display "price per month" in summary if it's monthly, you do not receive any notification when a proposal has been opened/signed, e-signature is half-baked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to use their CS team to implement and do not do it yourselves or else your quoting will be a disaster like ours.

sending proposals in a quicker manner but this seems like its taking much longer than before.
What do you like best?
The sales team seems really happy with it. I'm sure it's excellent for its main purpose.
What do you dislike?
The user journey is not easy or clear.
Designing the proposal lacks a lot of very important features (styles, setting a specific size for an image, tables with thinner, slicker borders, etc)
What you see in the editor is nothing like the preview.
Setting copy to bold sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Sometimes you can't remove it and you have to copy and paste the text from scratch.
I wish there was an easy way to preview what I'm doing instead of having to download the proposal every single time.
Brand design is getting more important than ever. Please solve these issues and let us be able to present ourselves to our clients in the best way possible.

All legal and sales documents need to be polished and on-brand.
The autofill parameters are an excellent feature that will ensure no fields are left unfilled.
What do you like best?
As far as a comprehensive, user-friendly, multi-user enabled software goes, DealHub is a great platform with a lot of nice offerings. It's very simple to use in terms of getting your company's deals, packages, quotes and pricing visible and ready to send over to a client, and it makes the process easy for vendors and potential customers alike. I particularly enjoyed the fact that a level of customer interest could be gauged on the platform, making DealHub a CRM of sorts, in a sense.
What do you dislike?
I suppose what I disliked most abotu DealHub was that it felt as thought it were oriented towards very specific B2B businesses rather than those who are in a niche industry with niche offerings themselves. In other words, DealHub seems great for a company utilizing it for traditional, linear options - but for companies and indsutries that are freqeuntly creating news deals, packages and pricing to fit the needs of their industry, DealHub was almost too streamlined in order to properly serve us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
DealHub was most helpful after coming back from a convention or tradeshow when one had accumlated a great deal of new leads and potential prospects, in that the platform helped us quickly get out pricing and quotes to a large audience without much hassle.
What do you like best?
The solution is easy to use and while it is not as feature rich as big and very expensive CPQ software that is also on the market, you can really do a lot with it.
What do you dislike?
What I find very weird is their overall communication. It seems obvious that this company is picking up a lot of new customers and that their onboarding works well in my experience.
But once you became a customer and everything is set up, there is no further communication. I have been using this solution for the past 12 months and I am not aware about a single update/development. Solution wise I am not even sure if there even has been one.
So yeah, it is a good solution but they don´t really work with feedback regarding the product and there seems to be no development. Where are upcoming features newsletters? I have asked and they don´t have one or "only give it out to a handful of customers". Just weird. There is not even a version number anywhere.

Straighter quoting process, if you set it up well you can really cut out a lot of wasted time. We have also included many product cost, fixed and variable, into our quoting.
What do you like best?
The software is easy to use and I like how seamlessly it integrates with SFDC.
What do you dislike?
I consistently run into errors where I need to then reach out to our administrator.
