The layout is easy to navigate and is user friendly

The customer service is always polite and helpful when needed

The cost is reasonable given the product service supplied

The site speed could be improved in order to be faster

There could be a more robust implementation training for all new users of the product

There could be on site support staff to help users navigate the tool in real time with actual problem cases to be solved and used in future trainings

To have a formal training to understand the functionality and uses with real case study examples and use cases for the service.

I am not a primary user but I understand the service to be a great value to those that use it on a regular basis to solve business problems in their corporation.

i love that it is web based and allows easy client access to data

Datorama has a million restrictions as opposed to other technologies out there. I'd much rather use Tableau or (shudder Qlik

It has allowed us to create simple dashboards for data

Ease of connector usage and Datorama's interface.

Inability to tackle out-of-the-box aggregations and calculations.

I appreciate the great mass of data that Datorama is able to process and store. I also appreciate the many dashboard formats that are made available to users and the ease with which pleasing visuals can be created.

Permissions issues and privacy issues greatly inconvenience a user depending on their level of access. For example, I often have to request our Analytics team puts together custom metrics for more granular reporting on my campaigns, but I am not able to pull these metrics myself nor can I view them in a dashboard. Each change must be manually pushed through and given time to refresh in the system, which can be frustrating. Also, it is far too difficult to rename metrics. Datorama's inability to consistently ingest site served data is another pain point.

We use Datorama to set up dashboards which help us check the pacing of campaigns as well as analyze initial performance. We also pull one-off reports to analyze performance in more depth and set up regular reports to be sent to vendors to optimize performance.

The visualization are appealing and simple to setup

The data aggregation can be a hassle if the data does not fit their setup
