What do you like best?
Dashthis allows our agency to save time on data collection. This not only saves us time and energy, it also saves our clients time on reporting needs as well!
What do you dislike?
The text editor could be improved by including spell check and a few advanced features, though it gets the job done in it's current form.

Efficiency is the name of the game in the analytics world. This is a problem that Dashthis helps to solve. We can now focus our efforts on actual data analysis and making marketing decisions instead of wasting time manually gathering data and creating visual representations of said data.
What do you like best?
We really love DashThis. But our clients love their reports even more. DashThis looks great and offers a format that is easy to read and analyze. It's simple to integrate different platforms into DashThis and include the metrics that are most important for our clients.
What do you dislike?
Our only complaint would be that sometimes it is necessary to refresh dashboards in order to get the most up to date numbers.

Clients will really love the UI.

We have monthly meetings with our clients and needed a simple and easy way to give them monthly reports.
What do you like best?
DashThis is a very powerful tool that allows you to report on basically anything thanks to its many integrations (CSV uploads are supported too).
We had been using the software for little over a year and it had proven itself as a time-saving tool.
I would only recommend DashThis to people and teams who have the time to learn the functionality of DashThis in order to get the most of it.
What do you dislike?
We've always seemed to have a few issues with exporting as PDF's, particularly with the formatting of our comments in reports. The ability for more custom designs without paying more for custom design / white label means we probably would have been retained further.
Any other issues we have had have been fixed very promptly and professionally by our account manager.

Ensure you take the time to learn about all the powerful features of the software. Your account manager will probably help with this.

DashThis has saved us a significant amount of time every month and created reports that were OK to understand, however, not the best.
What do you like best?
Their customer support is great. Interface is straightforward and easy to use.

No API functionality. You might struggle if you're getting data from a source outside of their partners.

Facebook client reporting. DashThis provided us with the metrics we need as well as an easy way to automate our client reporting.
What do you like best?
I can integrate most of the data I want to analyse and show to my clients. We use Dashthis for all our periodic reporting. As well as for our clients as for ourselves. And the contact with customer support is great. New ideas or current bugs are taken seriously and the solution is swiftly and adequately executed.
What do you dislike?
There is always room for improvement. As a fast growing company ourselves we notice that our need for information grows every day. It isn't always that the dashboard precisely fits my needs. The team of DashThis however will always try to find a solution.

At least try it. You definitely won't regret it.

A uniform reporting tool for ourselves and our clients. It makes for a professional look, it gives our clients real-time insights, it fits with our vision of transparency and on the long run it saves time and money.
