Kinda shady company...Just recieved a newletter from cyfe, downgraded my acount and now they are raising the prices from 168$ to 961$ a year, they just auto re-new without getting my confirmation. - it's not possible to remove the credit card from my account either.
What do you like best?
Facebook insights with history is interesting and visually nice.
Google analytics as well.
What do you dislike?
Suddenly, they increased the price three times more and just sent an email 1 month before in the middle of summer. The upgrade is automatic, so we suddlenly received an invoice of $89 instead of 19. I know other apps that just block your account or a part of it if you don't upgrade (like Jotform). Moreover, when most of apps give you the ability to finish you subscription when you cancel it, Cyfe deletes you account immediately. So finally, we paid 89 for nothing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Facebook insights history is fine. Twitter, Instagram and Linked In are not good.
What do you like best?
I love that the free version gives you plenty of widgets to still utilize the program. It has been a nice tool to quickly show my boss that there is a positive change with our new social media efforts. It is nice being able to move my curser over a graph line and see a vertical line marking the points on each metric.
What do you dislike?
I'm not a huge fan of the dark background with neon bright graph colors. I find it pretty overwhelming and difficult to focus on the lines. it seems there is more contrast between the background and lines then between the lines themselves (it wasn't until writing this review that I noticed the little tool that let me switch to a lighter mode... I personally think this should be the default). I also don't feel like that I am getting much actionable insights from the information provided on the dashboard. its very surface level.

I am trying to improve the company I work at's online presence through active social media and updated web SEO.
What do you like best?
Cyfe is a good hub for all of your digital needs.
What do you dislike?
I wish scheduling was a feature for Facebook and Instagram. Customer service is slow/ updates on software aren't up to date on the site

Being able to see analytics in one spot is very useful.
What do you like best?
It's free, flexible and very easy to use. I had my first dashboard set up with data from three different sources within a few minutes.
What do you dislike?
There are limits to what your dashboard can show you. For example, not all data points are available, and what's there can't be drilled into.

If you're thinking about it, just go ahead and try it out. It takes almost no investment of time or money.

If you're looking at analytics in a few different places (checking Google Analytics, then checking Twitter analytics, then checking Facebook analytics, etc.) this can bring them all into one place, with some limitations of course.
