What do you like best?
It helps us to track and analyze most of the happened events on the customer journey. The real-time data +multi-tab recording made us choose them over other tools. Cux is really helpful as we manage to improve our UX as well as reduce the bounce rate on the website. Highly recommended if you want to have a big picture for user-project interactions
What do you dislike?
There are some features missing such as data export, however, it's not a big deal for now and I think they gonna provide it in the near future!

We provide a free & paid training management platform but we had somehow a high bounce rate on our website. Cux helped us to improve the UI of the web and realize the mistake that we lacked some CTA buttons for the business segment on our website & we managed to reduce the bounce rate thanks to Cux
What do you like best?
I am using Cux for my SaaS website. We were using 3 different set of tools for heatmaps, session recordings and event capture. With CUX, everything is now in one place.
What do you dislike?
Integration took some time and developer help, but once done, the results were good.

- Analysis of moments when the customer feels frustrated or drops off
What do you like best?
The best part was its real-time updates and insights for marketers. We often struggled to understand the user behaviour in-depth and this tool has allowed us to uncover in that in a click.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I have in mind but yes integration can be improved a little to support non-techies like us.

We often used products but never understood or got guided to use their full capacity. With a robust and super active team behind the product, we are on way to really use the product to its full potential.
What do you like best?
I like the fact that I can see what's going on on my site and how people are engaging with the web pages. It helps me to understand their actions and to make better decisions on improvements.

I don't feel that there any elements that I dislike at this time.

Before using Cux.io, I was making changes to our website without fully understanding how users are interacting with it. Now, I can make a data-driven hypothesis and act on it to improve conversions.

I really liked that cux.io is recording not only single session, but whole customer visit. What it's also important that they have great support!

Cux.io works well, there's nothing to dislike from my point of view.
