PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's potential to combine PM/EMR and billing solutions. Billing solutions (aka RCM) team has been great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service for PM and EMR are AWFUL. I spent hours doing templates for them to upload for my notes and they never put in my stuff. They kept putting in their software shortcuts which are NO shortcuts and not compliant for my billing codes. You can't even get a chief complaint in the patients own words to type in, their shortcut requires you to make a favorites list. It's not the patients own words then. The Provider calenders don't work as you can't reschedule a patient from them. They do 2 hour training sessions in GoToMeeting on their computers and when you try to do it on your computer it doesn't work, then they complain they already showed you even when you point out it doesn't work on your end using the same steps. Then you have to watch 2hrs of training to get to the points you want to review as they won't help you without being rude about it. BTW they changed us from the Provider calendar to a Resource calendar because they couldn't get the Provider calendar to work and then made us move all the appointments even when they didn't set up the calendar correct again as they had no hours for one of the work days. They say multi platform but mostly only works in IE and written in ASP. Everything nowadays is written for Chrome. They're working on it, but to use it you have to either agree to IE only or flip between web browsers for the function you need.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Trainings where they remote into YOUR computer and show you, so they can note when something doesn't work and it's interactive. 2hrs of watching them is a snore and ineffective

Just needed the billing platform but it was a package deal

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have 3 systems and all of them customized according to our need. CureMD EHR is highly easy to use and customize-able according to your requirement. Support team is great in their work we can call or email them any time they get back to us with right solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Currently CureMD system is working on internet explorer which make system painfully slow, if they get on other browser as well it would be great.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Multi- Browser capability
Less lag during reports
Additional Customization features

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Specialty Specificity it is really hard to find an Oncology EHR so apt to the peculiar requirements of Oncology and other then that CureMD has a centralized solution that is they handle our billing, practice management. We dont have to cater to different vendors.
