We moved from Canva but will move back due to lost trust in the teams honesty and commitment
Very bad experience with this tool.1. Paid for the pro plan still half of the pictures are made paid which are really required2. The search feature doesnt work in the photos because honestly speaking there are no free photos.
I tried the 14-day trial, they automatically billed me the pro-version, i didn't want it, sent a mail for refund. The refund isn't possible. This is just scamming people. And unlawfull in Belgium. You get 30-day refund on everything.
This is the worst program in the world..Stole money from the credit card, but I deleted the free subscription for 2 hours after download. They decided to steal the most expensive tariff. All year. Does not answer email. Dont download this app !!!!
THIS SITE DOESNT HAVE A REFUND POLICY!!Beware. This is one of THOSE sites which profits from working people who forget to cancel their free trial. I was due to Pay the subscription today on the afternoon (because I activated it seven days ago ON THE AFTERNOON) - sadly, yesterday I didn't get the time to check my calendar with the ALERT I had set to cancel. And they had already charged my card. Also their designs quality is not THAT good, actually CANVA is way better.WHEN I filed for a refund TODAY, they answered that there will be no refund. Which is SAD, hopefully PayPal dispute will help me win my case. THEY have no right to be taking money like that.
