the support is really good in this platform, when you want help there is a live chat option available which can be accessed right from your dashboard. they also have email and phone support available if that is your style. mainly i used the service for social monitoring and testing a few facebook quiz campaigns to know the followers nature. they support Instagram,Twitter and Facebook under a single dashboard which is really impressive even thou i never tried twitter. the pricing is nice, there is even a free user option available which doesn't have most of the features, but the premium plans starts only at $25 which supports up to 3 reports at a time. you can also connect multiple social media profiles from different platforms with no followers limit. the monitoring tools are great way to know the manage and keep track of the trends.

Using monitoring tools especially Instagram hashtag research never worked well for me and usually end up showing there isn't any result available. social management tools need improvement,

The Facebook analytics give insights on fan pages and the activity. Whereas when it comes to Instagram you can get more deep analytics like hashtag research, Geotag research and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords you want to know about. The pricing is excellent, as well as the support team which replies very quick.

Cool Tabs is often offering advices to improve your campaigns and even a total marketing campaign at a reasonable price. Its main benefit is the ability to use API publications and distribute all data available.

I had some difficulties understanding the processes in the first phase of executing my project correctly. The interface is a bit hard to understand and doesn't look visually appealing, so it should be changed immediately. Also, texts interpreted in the imagination box are not on the same window, which makes it hard to follow.
