What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very easy to use. Honestly, the first encounter was a bit disappointing because I was expected something more complex, less simple but it was based on my previous experience with other tools.
The number of 5 opt-in widget is enough with its 50 variations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Because of the native integrations I can connect three other apps into Convertful that is very handy.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More type of opt-in widgets

It's hard to find any of them. Maybe the sub-accounts are still not implemented yet but it's on the way.

More type of opt-in widgets

What are the best aspects of this product?

I used to be down with Sumo plugin with WordPress. It drastically slowed down my website and lacked fancy options. Then I went to MailMunch, but it also loaded a ton of scripts causing my site to slow down a few seconds in speed.

This app is so easy to set up. I judge that by my ability to set it up without looking at instructions or contacting support. It also has minimal impact on my site speed and the features are just delightful…from the animated “progress” bars to social login to timers. Best yet, all the features do not slow my site down.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not like that the plans limit visitors...not that I or most would ever hit that quota in a month, so why have it? It makes more sense to limit the widget elements.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see Gamification, which is on the roadmap, so I'm excited.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The icing on the cake is that I invested in a webinar platform that didn’t work out the box. The ONLY workaround I was able to find for registering attendees was by using the Convertful app – it truly saved the day.

It's a very easy to use piece of software that doesn't slow your website down when you're using it. It works on a range of website builders, so you're not just restricted to wordpress, and the forms are incredibly effective

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some webhook issues that I hear the team are working on

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More integration options. Maybe a pdf upload feature.
