What do you like best?
it's easy to use and well organized. it's very easy to find the right contract. don't need to hunt around.
What do you dislike?
I would like the program more if it had API integration option. as a stand-alone, it just takes more time to log in and finds the right contract. as a stand-alone product and I am not sure if it's really worth spending money on it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
More integration with other platforms in the same office automation space. That will increase its value proposition considerably.
What do you like best?
I like the flexibility to edit file names, contracts, the creation of new folders, etc.

I dislike the tagging system and the format of it

Keeping up with my contract agreements and agreements with other companies.

Search Speed and tag functions. Pre-defined and set notification based on due dates.

Search function could be even better to include searching contents in the tags

Access to electronic documents remotely and sharing documents with one easy click
What do you like best?
This solution brings visibility across all of our contracts and automates date management and signatures in one place. Very flexible in how you want to house your contracts.
What do you dislike?
When signatures are needed you need to send to a specific address. If that is not correct, signers struggle to reassign. It is usually rejected and has to be reassigned. The AI can be be kind of hit or miss sometimes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't need to author changes and contract versions, ContractWorks is a great tool!

It has been an awesome tool to allow us to manage all of our contracts in one place - no more spreadsheets. We no longer miss contract deadlines by using reports and reminders. It has streamlined signing and we even use at budget time for managers to see commitments to contracts.
What do you like best?
I use it most for signing documents, but our organization also uses it as a contract depository. I have also used it to find contracts. Both of these functions work well for us. I believe other staff members are using the tagging option to allow us to follow up on contracts as the expire.
What do you dislike?
I wish that you could select multiple documents to sign at once. I also wish you could include questions to answer or alternate fields to fill in before or after a signer signs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product to others that are looking for an affordable option to send documents for electronic signature or looking to go paperless.

Our finance department converted over to a completely paperless AP system prior to COVID which made our transition to remote working easy. The rest of the finance staff adapted the signature function when we went remote so now we are completely paperless other than printing checks.
