What do you like best?
All contracts are OCR'd, easy to search by key word, review while updating fields.
Also like the ability to notify with unlimited emails, and unlimited access.
What do you dislike?
Manual field population. Should be able to autofill dates and key words (ie state law, effect date, expiry date.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
sharing files with all who need access without making multiple copies. This is a huge time saver

The team is very receptive, I like the email upload/autotagging feature
What do you dislike?
that it doesn't have a negotiation period alarm, but they said they would have that implemented in the next 3-6 months.

we mostly use it for alarms for renegotiation periods

Low cost, simplified user interface, easy implementation
What do you dislike?
- No dashboard, the current so-called dashboard is more of excel spreadhseet of listing all the contracts
- Slow refresh and time taken to save documents
- Only show the main contract, the other attachments will be opened in separate window

Be a real dashboard - show summary of contracts in a snapshot, faster refresh rate in saving documents

- Anticipate renewal instead of reactive

It is an easy-to-use and edit program for keeping track of contracts.

Many of the features are just not relevant for me.

This program is easy for all of the managers to use and update. I would recommend this tool to any type of organization that needs reminders.

The version we have doesn't allow us to create our own folders. That would be valuable.
