What do you like best?
I like the simplicity of configuration, ease of navigation and reporting capability.
What do you dislike?
Some of the user setup and assigning the security roles could be easier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We recently integrated multiple IT teams into one team and Contract Insight has helped us get our arms around and effectively manage several hundred contracts. And with that we now have a much better idea of what we're spending.
What do you like best?
Searching for contracts already in place, editing request forms after submission, checking status of requests, etc.
What do you dislike?
Some of the e-mail notifications have too much text and look cluttered

Contract requests have a higher turn around and I don't have to constantly reach out to our Contracts team for status updates
What do you like best?
The software can suit any size business. Its scalable and the software can be tailored very easily to meet your business processes. I really like the timely notifications. Supplier contracts are well managed and relationships between supplier and us are good.
What do you dislike?
New users will need follow up support as with any new system change over but the level of support is top notch. Fluent users will find this system very easy to use

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Managing procurement cash flow ultimately, but the lifecycle of a supplier/client contract is now efficiently micromanaged. Key contract dates are managed and dealt with in plenty of time and all paperwork, documents and agreements relating to supplier accounts are uploaded with ease.

The company sits down with your team and will specifically tailor to your needs to dial in each and every part that will help you to succeed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We don’t really have any issues. We needed help with organizing our vendor contracts. Cobblestone made all of the contract process streamlined and well kept. This was a great help to our organization.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We do not have any recommendations at this time. Cobblestone has met all of our needs in order for us to succeed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The organization of our vendor contracts was helped at a very high level. Cobblestone offers integration with Adobesign, DocuSign and some others to elevate the contract process. Intellisign has been a huge help in terms of connivence for executing contracts on the go.
