I could not figure out how to use ap. Scoot boots had something for me and couldn't access it
Your app is user friendly and I love it.
Building forms and arranging the fields is easy and quite flexible (thanks to sections). And the one diamond in the rough is "Repeating Sections", which paired with payment widgets makes for some great, simple eComm.However, Notifications and Confirmation emails are terrible. We cannot customize the field summary at all, and the overall formatting is horrible. No white-labeling option for emails (unless you are on an expensive plan, and then you can only use branded emails for 2 clients before needed another expensive plan). Styling and formatting the forms is also limited and/or overly complicated.For simple forms, (name, email, comments) it might be okay (as you can hide the ugly summary), but you still have to live with the spammy-looking, Cognito-branded no-reply email.I have a paid plan, but will stick with my other forms provider.

The simple design makes it very user friendly.
What do you dislike?
Can be time consuming to create forms that do exactly what you want. There are a lot of steps involved in duplicating information. Integration on the front end is easy, but then using that data as it comes in can be cumbersome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works with Microsoft Flow! This is a huge advantage to our company as we use mainly Microsoft tools.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our main use is for registration and ticket sales for events. The biggest benefits are ease of integration with our website with automatic updates and fluid/easy financial processes getting back to us.
