Never ever had any experience, dealings or links with this company until I received a spam email off them today trying to get me to download some templates from them.A B2B sales leads company that needs to send spam is sort of, well, not very good is it!?

This company facilitate unsolicited cold calls for third parties. When challenged they refuse to pass on complaints beyond reception who are quite clearly trained as gate keepers. I will be lodging a GDPR breach complaint today and in the meantime I advise that you steer clear of this unprofessional company!

This company harvested my personal data online, sold it to third parties and the refused to remove me from their database when requested.This is a clear breach of GDPR and the law, and I will be escalating this matter with the relevant authorities.To be clear, I telephoned the company and they refused to handle my request without me providing more personal data that I have no idea whether they already have or not. When you are selling my personal, private telephone number, why on earth would I trust you enough to give you my email address? My request to have my telephone number removed from your database was actively refused by the receptionist who would not put me in touch with the compliance team unless I gave her my email address.This is not good enough, you are breaking the law and your Trust Pilot response is not sufficient nor appropriate to the severity of this issue.In response to your new comment - you are asking me for yet more information that I do not know whether you already hold in order to access your opt out. You are using my telephone number without my consent - call me on it so that I can opt out without telling you other information that is not in the public domain.Once again, I repeat that you are clearly in breach of GDPR. Selling my private, personal telephone number to companies whose products have nothing to do with the sector in which I work is against the law. Call me and deal with my opt out request.

Cognism has been selling my personal information to cold callers without my prior consent. It's a clear violation of GDPR and they show no respect for my privacy.
