Cludo er et godt up-and-coming alternativ til de mere etablerede søgetjenester, inklusiv Google Site Search. Med et enkelt og overskueligt betjeningspanel er det nemt og hurtigt at lave sideprioriteringer, matche sider med søgeord samt guide brugere videre til eksempelvis selvbetjeninger via bannere. Analyse delen giver et hurtigt overblik.Løsningen indeholde de mest elementære værktøjet - men man savner p.t. nytænkning og nye funktioner, man ikke kan få andre steder.
What do you like best?
Cludo's interface is fairly easy to use. Easy to tailor results and set rankings.
What do you dislike?
Site search performing poorly is our most-received complaint about our website from our users. They expect it to perform just as well as Google or Bing. Cludo has said that the largest reason we're seeing poor results is because the quality of our content (my team consists of two people and many web authors creating content for nearly 20,000 pages).
It seems that my team and I have to practically tailor every result to make sure it's returning relevant pages, and we frankly don't have time for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely evaluate your options. Google and Azure both offer very competitive offerings, especially considering their price points.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had an aging Google Search Appliance that we were using beyond its EOL. The appliance had a very sticky cache and it became unreliable when crawling pages.
What do you like best?
I love how simple the implementation and dashboard are. The developers are very helpful and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike?
The dashboard could use some work on the data analysis side. Adding more analyzing tools and separating all parts (synonyms and misspellings etc. by site would be very helpful. Faster crawls would also improve the site.

Cludo search provides a better experience for our customers and helps them find exactly what they need with little effort.
