Stay away from this system. Way too expensive for what they offer. Have cost me thousands in extra charges. By far most expensive epos

30 days with new Flex and it breaks, horrible customer experience. Shuts me down from accepting credit cards for 3 days. Call and get the runaround.

Clover has been a disaster for my business. I'm an artist making ceramic chandeliers and other light fixtures. Most of our business is online, for which we have used Stripe as our credit card processor for years without any issue. We opened a Clover account to handle transactions onsite in our showroom where we hold a studio sale twice a year. We invested a lot of resources into making the sale a success and it was! We had a line around the block and sold almost everything we had on hand. This evidently triggered Clover's risk management team to review the transactions before releasing the fund. They demanded my bank statements, tax returns and other business and client info. It's been almost two weeks with no updates and the team handling my case is unreachable. I've left voicemails every day. There is no way to see the status of my case or communicate with anyone who cares at all. They are holding almost 50k which is a month's budget for us and I can't pay my employees or the lease on our building. Further, I'm seeing charges come out of my bank account, over $1500 so far. Clover's "customer service" department tells me these are discount fees related to the cardholder agreements. Whaaat? Why wouldn't they deduct that at the time of the transactions?

I started using them for my shopify account and they took all my money but some. I have 2100 on reserve and I am so upset. I am seeking a lawyer because these people are scammers! I am so mad right now I literally do not know what to do anymore.
