What do you like best?
It really was as easy to set up as they said it would be and the alerts worked immediately! We simulated events that would trigger alerts and it worked 100% without any configuration on our part. Gives us all the features we need too.
What do you dislike?
We would have liked to add more team members to our account - our plan limits the number of members, though the premium plan does allow basically unlimited staff to be added.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Perfect for mid-sized organisations. Not quite suitable for extremely large, complex environments like Banks etc.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The reliability that it gave us means we can are very comfortable that our customer facing web assets and servers are always available and functioning as it should

How easy it is to set up and use, the broad scope of the solution and the reliability of the alerts - no incorrect warnings or alerts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would have liked more of the reporting capabilities that are available at the top-tier product

More reporting at the lower subscription level
