What are the best aspects of this product?

This is great tool because it allows you to get random samples or you can even set up “triggered” recorded sessions and to combine heat maps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pay attention to reports and I recommend you to share heatmaps/clickmaps instead of sharing video recordings, because most of the stakeholders don’t really understand the term “heatmaps” as clickmaps. In my opinion, you don’t need to rely on Clicktale in order to track issues because you cannot really see what your users see in recordings.

It helps us to keep track of our customer behaviour and browsing sessions.

What are the best aspects of this product?

ClickTale is SaaS and cloud-based analytic system that helps yout to keep track of your user’s experience on your website. The UI and dashboard are improved and they look and function great. Its granular heat-maps, segmentation, form analytics and funnels helps us to recover revenue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile version doesn’t work as great on mobile as it does on Mac, Pc or tablet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to generate better conversion rate on acquisitions & subsequent sales, and on visitors to leads. The integration with Google Analytics we can keep track of our traffic sources and we are able to use this information in constructive ways.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that through ClickTale we get thorough and accurate results on users’ traffic. We can track issues easily and work on the solution. There are great features for improving interaction with my team and to work together on fixing issues. We can keep track of everything and we know what’s going on in every moment. We get notifications when there is no or little activity on some pages and which pages get most attention. We’re able to re-evaluate page and to make attractive pages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system analyzes the traffic only but there is no connection with social media analytics with web analytics. It would be great if they could improve the collaboration. Furthermore, when we make changes they are not visible to others and this means that others need to refresh the database in order to see changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can keep track o our customers and to understand our target market. The price is affordable, the system is easy to set up.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Click Tale provides detailed and accurate results on user’s traffic. It allows easily identification of issues so you can quickly work on the solution. It offers features for better communication with my team and to work on fixing the issues. My team can keep track of everything and they know exactly what’s going on. It gives notification on which pages are not getting many visits and when a page is visited only for a few seconds by a visitor. Thanks to this feature you can easily re-evaluate the page and to make it more eye-catching or even to decide whether or not the page is necessary on the site.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no link with social media analytics with web analytics and this is because the system only analyzes the traffic of the website. I would like to see better collaboration. The changes that are made cannot be seen by other groups they need to enter into database to refresh the site and then they can see the changes. There is no indication on how the visitor got to the page was it via Google search, another website or even social media network?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to see who our customers are, and we are able to better understand the target market. ClickTale has other benefits too such as affordable price, easy to set up and simple to use. It also provides great way of tracking and converting the site traffic.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The good thing about this tool is its integrations with web analytics tools like Adobe Target. I like that it allows me to play back sessions of those who see the control and variants. There are features for visual analytics, reporting and statistics, drag and drop UI, data filtering and many others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the beginning we had an issue integrating Clicktale with Omniture but the tech support team helped us to resolve this issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to keep track of browser sessions so we can better understand our users’ behaviour. We are able to see visual graphic representation of your visitors, to keep track of fields our users fill out.
