What do you like best?
The program is easy to use WHEN it works which is not too often. It's got a great feature set for the price.-If it would only work
What do you dislike?
Worked great for a while then suddenly no data for several months. After going back and forth with their online tech support, they tell me they are having "maintenances". 2 MONTHS later, data started collecting again, however the keystroke logging didn't work. Just got lines and lines and lines of punctuation marks. Around and around with tech support - it takes them 2 days to respond to a ticket. Send bug reports, they tell me it's my computer. Funny but it worked fine at first. Now they say- that I have 7 computers that are causing the problems? very very very frustrating and poor support Cannot recommend
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really liked this at first but not it has been over 4 months that it has not worked properly. I cannot recommend this program at all at this point.

There are lots of important benefits to programs like this- as long as they actually work.
What do you like best?
Very detailed reports for 1 user as well as for all connected users, that I can view remotely. Live viewing feature is working great, all screens are seen on one page. It’s pretty simple to install, I think, one step set-up is really convenient. It comes as all-in-one time tracker as well as activity monitoring. It has fully-featured free version.
What do you dislike?
At the moment, there is no program option to print full analytic reports. Of course you can just click ctrl+P, but program feature is would come in handy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend it to small business owners. It gives you a sense of what your staff members do in the workplace and helps to control attendance and productivity. It is quite easy to use, convenient, and gives detailed reports about all computer activity.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The program gives overview of what your employees do during working time. It becomes very clear who actually works hard and who just creates the illusion of busyness. I, personally, found out that one of the most productive employees in my team regularly "steals" work of others, because he is practically the only one who reports to me. It was an unpleasant surprise, so I changed the system of reports and money bonuses completely to make it farer.
What do you like best?
The software is very non-demanding, all it requires is quick installation on the computers and after that, I can control everything remotely.
Particularly great I find the live broadcast of both employee’s screen and webcam. It is like all-in-one surveillance. I can see what employees do and connect a webcam to see customers at the same store. It is very good for security.
All settings are customizable I can change them anytime from anywhere, depending on what I want to see from any computer.
What do you dislike?
I need to go to the computer if I want to install updates. The program does not update itself.

I would recommend using free trial.

Obviously, remote monitoring is very useful, in my case, I cannot be in all of my warehouses and stores at the same time, but I can still check on my employees with the program.
I have stopped using different other programs that tracked time and took screenshots because there is all of it in CleverControl.
What do you like best?
This soft saves me much time as it helps me track all my staff members remotely via my iPhone. The soft was rather easy to install and set up. It's hidden from the computer user so it doesn’t distract the employees' attention at work. The features are useful. They include screen monitoring, keylogging, tracking of Internet activity, monitoring USB drives etc. The soft is helpful when it comes to estimating employees' efficiency. It creates detailed reports about their daily activity. The data is represented in graphs, which is very convenient for me. I used the soft for a long period of time and I've never had any problems with it.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if I could watch all computer screens simultaneously (Live Viewing feature).

Estimating employees' productivity, monitoring them remotely.
What do you like best?
The software is positioned by the developer as an SMB IT solution and it works very well to fulfill this description. It has full functionality while being completely free for up to 9 users. Firstly, not a secret that small businesses prefer to cut expenses as much as possible, and it really cannot get less expensive than free.
Secondly, the program comes with full functionality even for free users. So I managed to solve several issues in my company.
Thirdly, CleverControl has good security features. It not only helps to prevent information leaks but even provides physical security with webcam recordings.
Fourthly, it is easy to use. The only effort you have to make in order to start using the software is install it. So, again, great for a small business - no additional hardware required.
What do you dislike?
Not a dislike but more of a recommendation to the developer. With the feature of Live Viewing it would be useful to be able to record the live stream. It can be later used not only to prove somebody’s wrongdoing, but for training new employees.

However well established you consider your company to be, I think there is always room for improvement. And software, such as this one, can make any small business owner’s life easier. It requires almost nothing from you, but its output is very impressive.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Currently I am using the program on 16 computers. It is no longer free, but still it is only about $1.5 per user a month - quite reasonable, I think. And I am sticking to it because it really helped me to improve time management in the team.
