Marg Cledara

My company has an account with Cledara and we mainly use their banking services. STAY AWAY from them.Over 5000 EUR disappeared on our Cledara account. Over 8000€ got refunded to us through our PayPal balance, from one of our merchants. PayPal sent the money automatically to Cledara, however, just 1/3 of that amount got credited to our Cledara balance. We initially contacted PayPal, who emediatly provided proof that the total amount indeed was sent to our Cledara bank account. This issue has been going on since July and the abysmal costumer service continues to 'ensure' us that they are looking into it and communicating with their banking partners. No update of any substance since the issue arose. The money is still not credited to our balance. The main problem with Cledara is their shady Lithuanian banking partners. If you didn't know, Lithuania is a save heaven for banks because or the lack of regulation. Your money, especially as a business, is not save at Cledara! We will file a lawsuit against this company if this issue is not resolved very soon.

Before Cledara, we had everyone in the company signing up for whatever they needed. No central register of what we were paying for and on top of that, our bank was charging us an extra fee every time we were charged in foreign currency.With Cledara, we've been able to reduce our software spend, reduce our bank fees and keep everything in one place, automatically.Cledara is essential for any company that is using any subscription software that wants to stop wasting money.

We've been using Cledara now for a few months and it has really simplified how we manage payments for our subscription products. It saves time as the team can now create cards and set up subscriptions without needing a traditional shared card which is unsecure at best! As our subscriptions grown Cledara will be valuable reporting tool for managing what we are paying. For any size of software team I would recommend you use it.

We have been using Cledara for a year now. It is a great tool for preventing teams from having multiple subscriptions for the same thing - it has reduced our subscription costs by ~£200 per month but also significantly reduced the time we spend tracking the different subscriptions we have. We also generated £2.5k in cashback this year which means we are almost £5k up from using the tool this year. Would 100% recommend it!
