WRITE A REVIEW
They add text to your invoice that you won't know is there till you preview. Then it takes 10 steps , then create new theme then you have to start invoice again. A paper toilet is more efficient ..
I decided to try Clearbooks as I get a discount with my business bank account and the reviews here seemed very good. I have a pretty good knowledge of accounting after working in finance for over 10 years and I found myself not being able to do even the simplest tasks. The system is not at all intuitive and I gave up and went with the market leader. After 1 hour there I had produced full financial statements just using my bank account data! I think CB has some work to do unfortunately
Disappointed that they offer a months trial, however, when you sign up for full subscription, instead of charging after the trial period, they start charging straight away. Anywhere else with a free trial, normally charges after so this was annoying. So just a warning that it isn't a free month trial. Very misleading.
What do you like best?
Provides an excellent option to control our financial information, since it has integrations with administrative and accounting functions that allow the issuance of complete reports in these areas. In addition, it provides a simple and easy-to-use interface that greatly facilitates its use by the management personnel of our company. The design of your dashboard is completely customizable, which allows you to specify the type of information we want the system to show us, in many cases reducing search times by having frequently used information successfully configured in our main window. It is a web system, which allows access from any device that has an internet connection, thus having access to my company's financial information at all times.
What do you dislike?
In very rare situations, the system will have trouble presenting some issues regarding its functionality. Customer service is somewhat slow when giving their answers and on most occasions they do not find the right answer to solve my problem. It does not allow the reuse of tasks, once a task is performed and if I want to perform it again with new parameters, instead of editing the information I must create a new task from scratch, which is somewhat tedious to perform. Since it is a web system, if you do not have an internet connection, you cannot access the system.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It can be used as a tool to control and order the accounting information of my company, which is a great success, thanks to this system our accounting is up to date and I can access the information at any time, The results obtained with this tool were simply incredible, I highly recommend the use of this application, since it is quite accessible and ideal for small businesses that have started and want to carry out the orderly and systematic control of their accounting.
Great Support! The software itself looks and feels a little bit old-fashioned.However it works great!
