What do you like best?
The software is ok for managing enrolments and classes.
What do you dislike?
There are a number of modules like Alumni, Fees etc, which all cost extra. We got charged for a module our principal accidentally clicked on. Despite us never using it, Classe365 did not mention nor confirm the newly added subscription but instead charged the credit card. Any attempts to get a refund of the money for that module which we never intentionally signed up for did not work. Instead they made up all different excuses like they can't repay to any other credit card other than the one initially charged (that credit card expired in the meantime) and eventually stopped replying to emails.
Very bad customer service and fraudulent methods of quickly charging credit cards for services which are not being used.
My advise: stay away from Classe365. There are better and cheaper alternatives out there, which don't try and rip you off.

The features are what I like the most. With them you can organize activities properly and manage your class without struggles.

I really have no complains about classe365. It works good at least for me.

What do you like best?
We have implemented Classe365 into our organisation and the positive outcome are many to say the least. The fact that it encompasses so many modules that integrate save our admin and teaching staff so much time and effort. I am a great advocate for seamless integration and Classe365 provides the majority of what is needed for us.

More integration with other software given API's etc

Overall given pro's and Con's i would not hesitate to recommend Classe365 to any entity contemplating a more efficient way of running your educational facility. Whether it be just to implement the LMS, SIS or CRM or pushing toward an combination of traditional and as well as online learning, we have found that Classe365 has really given us what we needed. YES there are always more that can be added, however given our Experience with Nandan and the team at Classe365, im confident that they will deliver in terms of expansion of the necessary additional function and tools needed. Their proactive approach to what they have already put into their product is beyond anything that i have been able to find so far... GREAT WORK GUYS... YOU get five stars from me.....*****
