What do you like best?
real-time sharing and collaboration is something that is good with anything. You can not have a bad product with a well designed collab platform and Clara is one good platform for that. 3d character creation is quite easy and the animations allowed using keyframe basis is something that Clara.io stands out in. Love it.
What do you dislike?
Only downside, rendering is sometimes a little slow, not usual though, might be chrome too. Second thing is that since the tool provide so much, there is a slight learning curve to it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Creating renders for animated characters, it is quite amazing, can share my designs and allow people to edit it.
What do you like best?
Clara.io is easy to use, powerful 3D modeling and review tool, with comprehensive set of animation functions that does not require any additional on-site software installation. Because Clara.io is a cloud solution, it is accessible anywhere were an Internet connection is present. So an engineering 3-D drawing can be created and refined in main office and shared with engineers present on site to be used as a reference.
What do you dislike?
Rendering times can be prolonged in absence of hardware acceleration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clara.io should definitely be on short list for modeling/rendering solution. Its great for occasional requirement to produce a 3-D model or drawing, as it is easy to deploy because it does not require any additional software installation on site. It is also easily accessible from any location with an Internet access.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Clara.io is a great tool to visualize and model 3D environments. It allows to better present and visualize complex environments, such as HVAC ductwork, electrical piping and network cable management. Clara.io simplifies communications and enables whole team to have a single pane view of work to be performed.
What do you like best?
I love how easy the platform is to use and the learning curve is super low!
What do you dislike?
I think the capabilities with the platform can improve a bit more.

We've been able to knock out more work with this platform than we did before the platform.
