It can be difficult to drown out background sound without muting all participants.

Better than zoom! Highly recommend.

It's reliable, quick and easy. It's our go-to for quick messaging between coworkers.

I like that we are able to create groups and easily add members to the groups for particular projects for a easy way to get information back and forth. It's much easier than sending emails back and forth which can take an afternoon to achieve 1 conversation. It's like AIM on steroids.

The fact that I can also bounce between the app on my phone and my work laptop makes it seamless to communicate and stay up to date with everyone.

The 1 feature that I use a lot but may not be quite as popular is the snip it screenshot creation tool built into the messenger window. I use it almost everyday to reference something I am working on with a coworker. It's a lot easier than using the Windows Snip It tool, then saving the picture, then loading it, then sending it. I can snap shot and send; done.

I don't have much or anything to complain about, I've never hit a show stopping issue.

It has allowed constant seamless communication for vital information on projects. I can create a group chat with people on a project and exchange info based on that project rather than having to worry about copying everyone on an email. Being able to send pictures of a job site straight from my phone to the group chat saves me time from composing a new email as well.

I like how it connects to my meetings -- and using the "spaces" and "teams" has been helpful for working with different departments.

I struggled getting it connected to my desk phone. It wasn't syncing at first. I also haven't figured out how to click on the name and have it call on my desk phone like our last program did.

I really like it so far! I just found that my calendar syncs in there so its really nice to have it all in one application.

I believe its a little more seamless to work with my coworkers. It also shows a more adequate employee profile when hovering over each person -- in case I need a reminder.
