ZERO STARS - I would give a 0 star here if I could. I used the Cincopa system for a year and found YouTube to be a much better system in the end. Back in September after I giving 2 months notice to close my Cincopa subscription - they still went ahead and renewed my subscription and fraudulently withdrew funds from my PayPal - its now 11 weeks later and following numerous messages between representatives in the ticketing system - and having been assured the refund has been processed 3 times.. this charlatan company has yet to honor their promises. I DO NOT recommend Cincopa and would strong advise to steer clear and adopt BUYER BEWARE - I'll now have to take the matter up with the PayPal Fraud office. 0/10 REALLY BAD!PayPal sorted this in the end - Cincopa are scam artists 0/10 remains the rating. AVOID

I have been trying to cancel my account for 6 months now, I have spoken to people emailed people I have been told several times it has been taken care of, I am still being charged.

I can't speak about the platform, because the person on my team who signed up quit the very next week. Ever since then, we've been trying to cancel the service but there's simply no way. They won't answer emails or any of the comments I left in their social platforms. Their charges keep on coming for a service we've never used.I see many others commenting the same, so it seems like this is a well-orchestrated scam. I will now have to change credit card numbers because there's just no way to cancel.

I am very happy with Cincopa's products, support, and staff. The product is very easy to use and I quickly learned how to utilize and implement galleries on our website. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. Any questions I have are quickly answered. I had an interactive online meeting with Toma which was very informative. His instructions made it quick and easy to understand my questions & Toma provided some great demo examples. The image and video hosting is convenient. I continue to be impressed with Cincopa's products, company, people, and SUPPORT! I feel that our website quality has been improved and enhanced by using Cincopa.

Cincopa is a big time saver for me. I had a huge SlideShow Pro collection feeding a photographer website. Cincopa is the only solution I know able to recover all files and albums with titles and captions directly from SlideShow Pro over the net. I did not need to download/upload the photos nor to retype all texts. Now everything is displayed with nice player, well integrated in a WordPress site and ready for the future on all devices.
