What do you like best?
Nothing, this product was a huge waste of our companies time. The product is a spam tool with a few dashboards.
What do you dislike?
The customer service was poor and unresponsive
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were unable to get any value after 2-3 months of the product. It’s essentially a crappy mail chimp for cx.
What do you like best?
You can pretty much see what every one of your clients is doing on the platform, including time spent and where they clicked.
What do you dislike?
It's hard to use, the UI can be updated and searching for clients is a bit difficult. Wish there were more exporting capabilities.

Helping with the transparency of what clients are doing in the platform.
What do you like best?
It gives you transparency into what your clients are doing on the platform. Really good to see usage and automated email notifications are really helpful.
What do you dislike?
Hard to use and reports are hard to export, searching for clients gets difficult. Sync with salesforce could be better.

Transparency with how clients use the platform.
What do you like best?
I like that we can automate our customer reach-outs in ChurnZero and have statistics available so we can review and change as needed. Also the automation between our platform and HubSpot are great! We can have all our customer health information in one place.
What do you dislike?
I look forward to a few improvements as ChurnZero matures as a product. For example, the ability to time out plays with our office hours. Right now you can send emails only during office hours, but the time in between the steps doesn't take into account office hours. I would also like the ability to snooze notifications like you can with tasks.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have been able to follow up with customers a bit easier and we realized that our onboarding process could be improved by looking at the email statistics.
What do you like best?
Capability for in-app extensions to provide content to users for news and help guides.
What do you dislike?
Complex interface, the learning curve is very steep when incorporating many different data sources, and the trial and error approach to managing segments is clunky and confusing. The tagging process can be simplified to take less page reloads.
For a new user, it takes too much effort to realize the value in what this application offers. Might be more tailored for larger organizations?

Managing customer churn. Building new insights into our customer relationships. Extending additional customer outreach from a very limited CS staff. Ability to implement a routine NPS scoring campaign.
