Inaccurate software that marked IPs as blocked that were not blocked. Also, blocked IPs ended up turning into leads. Also terrible copy/paste support.They just seem to feed on your fears and have a very simplistic software with a pretty face on it.

What do you dislike?We installed Clickcease to stop clear fraudulent activity on our ads campaigns. Unfortunately all we found being blocked was real customers and traffic with the majority of fraud still coming through. We had lots of fraud from VPN IP addresses which we selected to block in Clickcease but these were still accessing our ads many times per day and didn't seem to be picked up by the system as VPN activity.We tested with our own VPN subscription at a major VPN provider and Clickcease did not block that IP. It made us question how effective the system is.Recommendations to others considering the product:Make sure you carefully check the traffic Clickcease reports as fraudulent against your actual traffic logs. It is likely you will find much of it is genuine or even converting traffic.Do not take the figures they are providing at face value. They will shock you that your fraud is so high but after reviewing your data you will see it is not accurate at all.We saw no improvement at all in our campaign performance yet saw a big increase in cost per sale almost immediately after installing Clickcease.What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?We wanted to stop the click fraud we were getting on our account. Unfortunately that has been unsuccessful and our CPA increased dramatically as lots of genuine customers were being blocked.The idea of automatic Google refunds was sold as a benefit to us from the Clickcease team but we never had a single cent refunded through this process.

1. the product just doesn't do what it says, adwords will respond to the reports generated from clickcease with 'we carry out our own prevention and these are already removed from your bill' - this service is snake oil2. They changed a bunch of the billing settings and locked me, the admin, out of payments. So when they were removed it also terminated our billing agreement with google. As I was no longer a 'payments manager' because of them I didn't get a notification. All our ads stopped. I contacted them and they started talking about their service. Do not use, you won't get any extra money back from google. And they will probably change all your settings and corrupt your ads account.

I saw a 40% drop in sales over two weeks. These guys have no idea what they are doing or what IP's they are blocking or what for. They blocked potentially converting traffic over 100 IPs on 24hours.
